Performing accurate and reliable FEM analyses is neither simple nor straightforward; we at Pieffe Disegni have developed an internal protocol that provides interpolations between computerised FEM calculations and traditional calculations, applying design logic developed over decades of experience in the field.
This enables us to achieve extremely high levels of reliability, as demonstrated by the correspondence of the theoretical data with experimental data measured on products made by us.
We carry out analyses both of our designs, in order to perform a preventative quality check of the machines we make, and of components and assemblies manufactured by third parties.
At the end of each analysis, we produce a comprehensive report complete with images and technical data.
